The Wells Family, out of North Carolina, is a band that has created an extremely unique sound that appeals to audiences in every genre, uniting both younger and older generations with their versatility. Their music has been accepted in a variety of music categories including Bluegrass, Gospel, Country, Folk, Americana, and Pop.
This band has a Powerful Acoustic Sound, along with great Songwriting Skills,
Inspiring Accapellas, Family Tight Harmonies, Driving Instrumentals, and a
Great Sense of Humor! Not only are they Talented and Gifted Musicians, they are Awesome Performers.

The members of this band are: Debi, Sara, Jade and Eden.

 
Debi Wells - Plays the guitar, and a little, teeny, tiny bit of mandolin, and sings harmony and lead vocals.  She writes many original songs for the band.  She likes Latte's a lot tay  She enjoys life to its fullest!!  Click HERE to listen to Debi's Favorite quote.
   
Sara Wells - Plays the five string banjo, the dobro, the upright bass and sings tenor and lead vocals.  She also contributes original material for the band.  She enjoys photography, graphic design, funky bowling, learning new banjo licks, flower gardening, and reading.
   
Jade Wells - Plays the mandolin, the guitar, and sings lead and harmony vocals. She also contributes original songs for the band.   Jade brings a lot of laughter to the Wells household, and enjoys cosmetology, art, funky bowling, jamming with friends, and likes to read.
   
Eden Wells - Is the fiddle player in the family, and also sings harmony and lead vocals.  She enjoys coin collecting, horseback riding, playing any kind of board game and driving (anything, anywhere)!  She is the checkers queen in the Wells family!
   
  Phillip Bishop - Is the bass player for The Wells Family Band.  He has a great sense of humor. He loves to write, and play the piano in his spare time. Although Phillip is not related by blood, he has been voted an honorary member of the family by unanimous vote.

at the prestigious Swallow Hill in Denver, CO
and other various venues all over the United States and Canada. They were one of the bands chosen from the United States to perform at the
highly esteemed Central Canadian Bluegrass Awards.

. The Wells Family’s music has consistently charted at #1
on many bluegrass radio charts in the US. Their original single
"Moment in Time" charted # 1 consecutively for 3 weeks on the
Clear Channel Country Radio New Artist Chart, and their music is on the
radio all over the world with airplay not only in Australia,
but Canada, and Europe, as well.

.The Wells Family has performed at events with such great artists as:
Ricky Skaggs, Ralph Stanley, Norman Blake, Marty Stuart, Del McCoury,
Rhonda Vincent, Seldom Scene, Dry Branch Fire Squad,

for the distinguished IBMA Songwriters Showcase,
and they have also contributed several original tunes for a
motion picture soundtrack.
